Ok i know i bought a pair and all but i have one question. Are these fans really worth it? i.e. more power and better gas mileage?

They should be. Everyone seems to get 1-3 mpg by installing them.

Just wait till you install them......
You will be suprised how much room it frees up under the hood, and it helped my truck go from 16 to 18mpg running it hard.. only time you really need the fans is when ideling, or heavy city traffic.. thats pretty much it.
I wired mine up to a relay then to a mini toggle switch in my center console. If im goin over 30-35mph there is no need to turn them on.

I just love the fact I do not have to hear the clutch fan going. Mine was so loud I could barely hear my exhaust.

3 MPG sounds a little exaggerated, I think I gained a little more than 1/2 MPG overall. Definitely a worthwhile mod though.
