I got my wait4me tune in today and WOW first first time I floored it I thought "it okay" but now that I have got about 10 miles on it seems like it is slowing coming to life!!!

Anyway my question is I had Jesse program my PCM fro my e-fans however I dont have a harness I was wondering if anybody has one or knows where I can get one other than NELSON thinking I should be able to make something? If you can make one does anybody know how?

I have the Nelson one and it worked perfectly. Why are you trying to reinvent the wheel? Nelson has it measured out and all that perfectly. He also assembled all the parts that are hard to get in singly. Too much trouble to save a few bucks.

$99 inluding shipping. However, it includes 3 relays and their holders, solder joints and what not with "T" connections all at the right places. It is a lot of work to get the length just right and collect all the connectors. Having just installed one, I can tell you that Nelson's would be a tough act to follow. You might save a few bucks but the time and effort would not really be worth it. Plus if you get into a bind, there will be all sorts of diagnostics for the thing.

im sure one can make it themselves with a schematic. his harness works well and has all the bells and whistles. and only takes about an hour to install. hard to beat.and a cooling system is a terrible thing to skimp on. good luck.

An hour??

It took me 1.5 hrs to install the e fans and harness after I removed the clutch fan and that included 2 trips to the hardware store down the road. I was using the 05 GM fans and didn't realize that the mounting holes were of different sizes. The clutch fan used a bolt that was M6 X 1.0 pitch and 25 mm long while the new mounting holes needed a bolt that was M8 X 1.25 pitch and 30 mm long. I thought the orignal bolts were too short so I got longer ones and realized that it was basically too small.

You could make one yourself, but the Nelson harness really is a quality piece. Once installed, the whole deal looks factory, and it's a piece of cake. Worth every penny IMO
