He wanted a direct port nitrous system and a upgraded fuel system. We took the vehicle to Sean in November of 2003, where it basically sat up on a lift for 6 months. Since I was part of this deal, I personally stopped by his shop numerous times to check on progress. Each and every time sean freese told me to my face that he was getting closer, would have it finished asap, waiting on one part, blah blah blah, lies lies lies, .... It stayed disassembled up on that lift until HPE of houston took over the project in May of 2004.

This was a very high dollar project and my friend wasn't scared to throw money at it. In fact, it already had a stroker motor and FLP transmission installed. I recommended sean for this project, and feel responsible for it. After a year of not having the truck, my friend pulled the plug on it. Its sitting in my driveway right now with 2200 miles on the odometer. I'm taking it apart and putting it back to stock so he can sell it.

sean freese won't get any of my business or my referrals again. He has lots of bandwagon support, but his business practices suck. Thats why he can't keep a shop running and in business more than a year or two.

Back in 2000, he royally screwed over a buddy of mine. He threw literally thousands of dollars at Sean and the car NEVER ran right. Sean did everything SUPPOSEDLY to it but the car was never even close to fast. If I remember correctly his bill was in the mid $20K range. It was a 1998 TA and they were suppose to put in a built "big bore" LS1 (6.0 block) along with a direct port N2o kit, a TH-400, and a 12 bolt. After it sat at the shop for over a year, and Sean BSed about parts being back ordered he finally got it back and when it went to the 1/8 mile on slicks and skinneys it ran a best of 7.80s!!! I can't even tell you how pissed he was. Sean couldn't ever fix the car either and he gave them another 5 grand chasing their a$$es trying to fix the car. It was so poorly put together that the nitrous never even worked and when he would turn on the headlights the car would die sometimes (sean re-wired it all for the new motor/trans/nitrous....

I will never use Sean or any shop he is associated with.
