Default Duramax Intercooler, in our trucks?

I was looking at my dads LLY intercooler today and that thing is freaking massive. I was wondering if anyone has thought about taking one of those out and using it on a turbocharged truck. I am sure you could find one pretty cheap at a junk yard. What do you guys think?

you can buy them from a dealer for like 350 new, but the problem is that the radiator is totally different in the D-max trucks and the AC lines are run differntly. So it would take more parts swapping then you would think.

I was just curious because I have never seen anyone run a air/air intercooler on our trucks, and from looking at the dmax one, its huge so I guess if you wanted to use it you could. BTW, is the dmax radiator larger than the HD 34'' one?
