Yes again that is the convertor locking not the 3-4 shift

I think I am making around 350-360 RWHP, so thats like 420-432 hp at the flywheel.
do you have any clips of your car at idle. how does it sound?

Thanks for chiming in mwalls.

When you say it stalls at 2500-2600, is that easing into it - low throttle from a stop? Or is that a flash stall when you step on the gas from a stop? If it's a flash stall, at what RPM does it start moving when you're just easing into it?

Also wondering how long this TC will hold up to 400-500 flywheel HP....and what would happen when it lets go...

It should be okay like that for a while. I don't see a converter taking a **** that quick. If it brakes...you'd probably break a mounting lug, eat the clutch, etc.

so how much are the TQ convertors costing. I am guessing if people are doing it, it has to be a damn bit cheaper then the yank.

I like that idle clip... Sounds good. No real noticeable lope, but you can tell it's not stock. I'm going to PM you on that...

That's a good price.

FWIW, I got my new, pre-owned but unused, Yank 2600 for $500 shipped to my greasy hands.
