i havnt got through once after calling like everyday for weeks

I had the same problem, but after I posted here I got a call. Its a nice product, and I have had no problems with mine. They are just hard to get in touch with.

I got a hold of them when I bought mine, and didn't have a problem. Sounds like I got lucky though.

they are more problems with that company then their product is worth. go buy somethign else.

it took me like 5 nice messages, and 3 nasty ones to get a call back.... it took a little over a month for mine to come in, after i got mean on the answering machine, and started posting bad things on here.
