Default Dip stick tube problem

So I have my whole turbo kit I stalled and I'm having the worst trouble with the dip stick tube. I couldn't get the old one out. I ended up having to bang it out from the inside. And now I can't etc a new one in. Broke a new one trying. Have a second and don't want to break it again. I tried like a big pipe cleaner bit it was only made from nylon so it didn't remove much. Still can't get the new one in. Also sanding the paint off new one and tried lubing it up nothing. Any ideas??

sounds like you're going in at the wrong angle, you might have to gently bend the tube to fit around whatever your hotside setup is and get the angle to line up properly. either that or you have an obstruction in the hole...there really aren't many possible problems.

Don't get an aftermarket tube. I tried one once and the bracket snapped off like a twig. It requires some finesse. Keep trying different angles and also try looking from under the motor.

The aftermarket tubes are junk, get an oe tube and set it through your header/manifold through the top and then feed it into the hole from underneath with a pair of needle nose hose pliers and gently wiggle it down into the block..

It's very tight can't even see it from up top. I'm going to try and remove the starter. I've lso tried bending the tube at different angles. It goes all the way into the block then stops on the little shoulder right before the o-ring. I saw an aftermarket stainless one might try that. Might cut it with a pipe cutter bang in one half and put together with some hose... also my intercooler cooler brackets didn't fit so I had some lasered and bent going to post thoes later.

Shoudl be able to see it from under neath right behind the starter... The shoulder is kind of a press fit that you need to get past...

I can vaguely recall having it turned slightly CCW, stabbing it, and then turning it clockwise up flush against the block after it was inserted. Can't say that removing the starter will help.
