You have to increase the shift pressure and decresase the shift time. I have mine maxed out both ways and shifts hard and fast.

After that you can enhance your shift time, shift firmness, shift rpms, and shift mph to your liking.

According to James from runningwiththedevil.com it deletes TM with the base tune. I have it and there is no shift lag for me. I also don't put out as much HP as some of the members but it definitely feels better than the stock shifts. I have mine set at -25% for the shift time and +25% for the shift firmness. It's no Transgo or billet servo, but works good enough for me. One day I shall install the Transgo/billet servo! I guess a good way to check is if you have LS1edit and check the table parameters for torque management before and after the Predator base tune install.
