After using a 160* stat for about 3 months now, I'm going back to the stock 195* stat. With the first tank of gas performance was better but it went back to where it was using the stock stat, must have been good gas. I did lose about 1 mpg with it, with the price of gas and no performance benefit from it, the 160* stat is gone.
