Cutout for Dmax

Does anyone know if a cutout is available for dmax.If not what size is the pipe right after the 4-bolt flange.I could make something work if I knew what size the pipe is.Thanks

cutouts are pretty much available in all sizes in half inch increments from 2" to 4". I'll see what i can find out. I'm not a D-max guru ... yet.
