Default Cut outs

How safe are cut outs are they going to let fumes come up into the cab because I don’t want to be smelling my exhaust in the cab.

Not unless you sit in a lot of traffic reving the engine. Mine never posed a problem. They were located under the passenger seat. Now they are able to be located on the headers, but I took them off for inspection.

Don't get the opening to close to the headers or you will get some fresh air coming back in the pipes passing over the o2's. That will make the PCM think your running incredibly lean and it will start dumping way to much fuel to try and 'lrichen' it up, which results in you running extra rich.

when i had my old headers that was happening because there was a big hole in the #1 primary and it was pushing cold air over both sets of 02s, it ran realllllyyyyyyy rich.
