Default custom tuning questions, and other mods

i am planning to swap my 5.3 w/ the slp zl 402 short block. i also want to run a set of afr cnc ported 225cc mongoose race heads, and thier valvetrain, also a LPE cam. i will swap over my radix and probly use a 3" pully (vice my 3.4") and intercooler (probly a bigger one than i have) and an slp oil pump, and reuse my other accesories, and airaid cold air kit and GMS MAF, msd 8.5mm wires. the question is, where should i go to get a custom program for my sierra? should i use bigger injecters? what kind of exhaust should i use? i'm planning to get asm headers. should i ditch my borla 3"/2x2.25" cat back? maybe a pair or flowmaster 2.5" super 40 or 2.5" hush power mufflers and an x-pipe? what should i do about the trans (4l60-e)? should i have it rebuilt or switch to a 4l80-e? where can i get one (rebuilt or the 4l80-e). should i switch to electric fans or an aluminum radiator? and a low temp t-stat?

wow thats alot of questions, please help me, thanks.

keep the borla's. good on the asm's. go 160 on the therm. i would go 4l80 on the trans. electric fans a must. a bigger radiater would be great.

you think the 3" exhaust will be big enough? and for you pappy, it's thge new zl 402, it is a 6.0L block w/ thier 4" forged stroker crank, billit rods, and forged pistons.

You need to get HPtuner or LS1edit.

I would highly recommend HPtuners, it's only $499, and it comes with Both a VCM editor and a scanner.

(You need a laptop for both)
