plannin on runnin some custom exhaust on my truck. just wanted to see what everybody thought would be the best exhaust setup on a stock '98 350 5.7L. plan to do a full setup minus the headers. and dont want a catback kit. it will be custom built by a fabricator i know. lookin for a clean crisp hollow sound. dont want all that poppin and crackin. want it to be somewhat loud but not straight pipe soundin.

also, what about the same question for a newer motor truck. got a buddy who has a 5.3L in a 99-06 year model. i forget what exact year.
