Default critique my fuel system

This is for the 95. Looking at a 1000+ hp build and need a fuel system that supports it. This is what I've come up with so far. I could use AN hose but I'm more at one with rubber hose and hose barb fittings. There is just too many little bits and pieces I will have to order or not realize I need until I get into the job so thats why I'm going to use rubber hose.

Here is the layout of it. Not sure what to do after the filter at this point. It will depend on the layout of the rails and so on. Is a 1/2 inch supply line going to be adequate with dual 044 pumps? I intend to use the stock 3/8 supply line as the return line. Will a 3/8 return line be enough? What about when it goes into decel fuel cut off? Makes me wonder if I shouldn't do a 1/2 inch return line to prevent any restrictions. I plan on running both pumps all the time and they will be ran off separate fuses and relays. In the event one goes down the valve will seal off the the other pump should remain running to get me home and still provide more than enough fuel for normal driving. Thoughts?

Scratch that I found a good deal (free) on some aluminum 1/2 and 5/8 tubing so the supply line after the Y will be 5/8 inch.
