Default crankshaft spacer

i have a 2000 4.8 with the nv3500 it has a longer crank im getting a 02 lq4 that has the shorter crank my problem is with the nv3500 work with the spacer or will the input shaft going to be to short and not make it to the pilot bearing if any ones has answers on this need it right away

Not sure if this helps, but I believe that only the 6.0's had the longer cranks in 99-00, while the 4.8-5.3's were the same on up through 07...I think that if you use the flywheel from your 4.8 you'll be OK, hopefully someone who knows for sure will chime in.

no its the other way around 99-01 4.8s had the long crank the 6l had the long crank to those years then they went to the shorter crank
