To pull that dyno with those mods only, id have to say it must be one hellova cam.

My crane cam did wonders for my truck. The midrange power is unreal compared to before. Feels like stock and maybe a little less below 1800-2000 rpms (I'm sure the 265/70/16 tires & striaght-through exhaust have a part to play in that), But after 1800-2000 rpms it pulls hard to my 5800 shift points.

After my cam, headers, and tuning I gained .78 in the 1/4 and ~8mph.

I have a Crane Cam also and I really like it. Nice power all the way to 6000 rpm shift points. I put it in about 2 years ago and I have never regretted it.

I too liked my 208/216 .500/.500 113lsa Crane cam. I switched because I went boosted since then though. But as an NA cam it was nice -and awesome sound too.
