Good choice. 07+ are nnbs (gmt900 platform). All of the ones from 5.3s and 4.8s will fit your heads. The intake on the 04+ TBSS will also work fine.

So any intake off an 07 or newer 5.3 intake manifold would be the best intake. Any idea where i can find one. All i find are sold or 99-07 universal intakes for sale online. Also anyone with experience doing this swap. I searched for a few hours last night but couldnt really find a how to on the swap.

Anyone know a part number for the intake im looking for. It might make things easier. That way i know im looking at the right intake. Thanks for all the help.

I went with the 4.56's. Love them. Huge differance off the line. Thanks again. One more thing if i do go with the upgraded intake manifold what year truck do i need to look for when im looking for an intake manifold to buy. If im looking for a NNBS intake manifold.

ive got a 2012 intake i will sell. got the fast lsxrt102. alota money alota problems no help from comp. some upper rpm performance but not close too the cost factor. shame on you comp cams.
