Ok thanks guys I noticed my truck was idling a little rougher in the mornings since the header install? had the same problem with my T.A.? heard something about the coating on the headers messing with the 02's? Oh well it has 90,000 miles so it could prob. use a set anyways!

Actually the coating will help the O2's as it retains heat and keeps it in the exhaust system, but I could see how your truck may run rougher if not tuned for the headers.

Check your O2 sensor activity, if they're fluctuating from rich to lean rapidly, they're OK. The O2 sensor issues that are common with LT's usually pops a code.

Na not getting no engine codes at all or lights.. Just randomly gets a super retarded idle, under light driving, but heals up within a second or so... Talk to the tuner and he said it was the 02's not staying heated..

When I got my truck tuned, the O2 sensors were very lazy at idle. They would go rich, stay there for a few seconds, then go lean, stay there for a few seconds, etc, etc. If you bring up the idle to around 1500, they would function faster or what is considered more normal. After a while, this would turn on a check engine light. He also recommended the 13111 O2 sensors and said he had read numerous articles telling about these sensors helping with the longtube/lazy O2/check engine light problem. Let us know how it works out.

I am having the same problem off and on, I have been putting it off long enough, I need some new ones.LOL. It just stumbles on the idle every now and then, usually more often if the AC is on, but straightens itself out pretty quick. Mine have 130,000+ miles on them,so they are due for replacement anyway.

Yea, could be the O2's...if they're getting lazy like BuyAmericanIron's but not enough to trip a code, that would be it

I think that most guys just get them locally, like Advance, AutoZone, O'Reilly's, etc.
