Default Corsa sport muffler question....

Hey guys,
I traded my Touring muffler for a sport muffler with a guy on here. I just recieved my sport muffler and it looks to be in excellent shape! When i look through the inside of the muffler though, i noticed there are little cut out spots in the front inside the hole of the muffler. Im sure this is normal as it looks like that is just part of the design but just wanted to ask anyhow cause this is the first sport i have seen off the truck and been able to actually look through the muffler. My touring looked as though it just had a baffle and no cutout spots inside the muffler but im guessing thats what makes it more quiet than the sport.

Also, when i install it, the little hole on the bottom side of the muffler goes at the rear right?

I can't really help you with the cut outs inside the muffler. I can't remember if I saw those or not. I do know the tiny hole is facing down and towards the rear of the truck.

Ok cool. Thanks guys!

I will get a vid soon! I need to take it to an exhaust shop to see if there is enough room to bring the tips out in front of the rear tire with how big the muffler is. I hope i can do it! I think thats gonna look really good!
