I agree, I sprayed mine with Pam to keep rubber and compound from sticking after the first burnout in it. It was a pain to scrape off the goo. Pam works fine, maybe a good coat of wax will work to.

I also second welding your tip. If you have warranty needs on the corsa, you just send the part that needs replaced for a 1 for 1 swap. I dont see that tip having problems.

ghstface38, what all exhaust mods have you done other then corsa? It sounds great!

 

Sounds good, I'll keep an eye out for that one around town.

 

I have no other exhaust mods, this was the first one. It's really the first mod period, other than a stock cut airbox.

BTW- The clip was taken on a cold startup a couple mornings ago, so it sounds a little different then it does when it's fully warmed up. I'm very happy with it, and I love the tip! I plan on some LT's and an ORY pretty soon, hope it sounds good.
