Cool Corsa is on.

I got the Corsa that I ordered from Tbyrne yesterday. Took it to my buddies shop this evening and put it on. I got the side exit model. A couple of observations:

Install was super easy, less than 1 hour using a lift.
Everything fit perfect.
Hangers lined up perfectly, only had to adjust the tips for level.
Quality is first rate, you get what you pay for.

Sounds great. Idle has a nice tone. Cruising at 65-70 mph under light load is just about as quiet as stock. Zero drone. Full throttle sounds awsome. I'm very pleased with the results and would recommend Corsa to anyone.

I'll see if I can get something together this weekend.

It won't take long to get it on, especially if you have access to a lift. I didn't feel like laying on the cold *** ground. I cut the stock exhaust right behind the muffler where the pipe is straight, about 3" back, that way i could put it back on. Its cake after that.

Did you get the regular corsa or the touring edition. When i was looking for an SS i drove a truck that had corsa and it seemed loud to me, but i had a feeling the cats were gutted.

Thanks

As for me I ordered the louder Sport system. The touring system is supposed to be more quiet. I dont have any cats and long tubes, so it'll be interesting how it sounds.

Just put the Corsa Sport on our 02 Avalanche. Runs better, extremely quite on normal driving, but full throttle wakes it up

Drove 14 hours over the last two days, and it is sweet. No drone, just barely perceptible change at 70 - 80 cruising,

Did it in the garage on a four post lift. Took longer to figure out how to mount a blade in my new Sawzall (Xmas present) then the actual install.

One cut, 6" in front of the muffler, remove two 15mm nuts, Yank it out,
Antiseize the clamp threads, put clamps on pipes & tip, install front pipe with two 15mm nuts, slidel muffler on, slide rear pipe on, tightem all clamps, install tip and clamp.

It took me longer to type it then the actual install did.

Have Corsa on our 02SOMZ28, and its just as fantastic.

I recommend Corsa wholeheartedly.
