Default Considering getting an 06

Only if I can get the LQ9 6.0 in a RCSB
If I can't get it in the RCSB then no deal

2WD or 4WD?
Will it have 4L60-E, 4L65-E, or the 4L80?

Any opinions?
Thanks

Currently the Silverado SS is the only half ton truck with the LQ9, it's awd, extended cab, and has the 4L65E transmission.

Check out this part of the forum for discussion on the 06.

Yeah thats what got me to the stealership.

So, form a permormance point of view, if I had the 6.0 with a few bolt on's would it be worth having the 4WD?
Is the electronic controls option a good idea, or has anyone ad any problems, or should I just have the stick on the floor?

It's not the only 1/2 ton with the LQ9. I have an 04 1/2 ton 2wd and it's got the LQ9 along with several others on this sight. They're referring to our trucks as VHO's. But, no factory rcsb w/LQ9 as of yet.
