no i haven't checked the fuses yet. the weather is crappy here today. nice rain showers. i am gonna pull some of the big square fuses and take to a local auto store to have tested.

i got it. phew! i was getting nervous. it was the tbc fuse under the hood in the big fuse block. first one i pulled this morning. now i have to go take an algebra exam that i haven't studied for.

The light is probably the easiest, like Terminator said. If you have a multi-meter you can do essentially the same thing...red lead on one tab,black on the other,should give you zero volts DC. If the fuse is open (blown) ,you'd see 12 Vdc. Meters are real cheap these days. Just some stuff for future problems.
