Default compression test results and questions

ok all hit around 195 to 205 but #1 and #3 hit like 245 250 what gives?? how do i go from 195 to 245. i'm guessing carbon build up. both plugs had oil on the threads i don't know if its just residual (can't spell) (been there for a while) or if its going there every time i drive?? any ideas?

Did you test twice just to make sure you didn't get a false reading the first time?

high compression in one cylinder shows oil seepage or fuel going int othe cylinder and when not firing it helps in aid of CR, so youll show high in the one. this isnt a good thing

well we did smell fuel when testing those my guess is that even though it had the relay pulled for the pump the fuel left over in the fuel rail was seeping through the injectoer when it tried to fire for starting when i turn the motor over. but the oil on the spark plug is what scares me i know valve stem seals are cheap ain't they?
