Default Compression Ratio help

Can someone help figure my compression ration on below?
2003 L59 5.3 with dished pistons, 243 heads milled 30 thousandths, 60cc chambers, using both .051 & .040 head gaskets
Also, which brand LS7 lifters for a BTR stage 3 truck cam?
Thanks

appreciate the calculator but I don't know all the necessary inputs and I get conflicting answers with original piston specs.

CR is one thing.

Worry about your DCR. It plays a much more important role.

If I had to guess 9.7 or 9.8 to 1
Didn't really do a lot to have a big gain compression .
