comp cams xfi truck cam

anyone use this cam. looking to put it in a 02 5.3 z71. there are 2 versions. what do you guys rec. thanks.

Post up the actual cam specs, like duration 2XX/2XX, lift .5XX/.5XX, and LSA 11X.

i google it and 1 has a 206/212 and low lol .500 lift i think and i must say iam no expert its a perty small cam for a 5.3 but it realy all depends on what your looking for !
