colder plugs for 5.3

I just would like to know if the ngk tr6 is the correct plug i should be looking for and if so what should they be gapped at?

I would be needing a colder set of plugs for an 03 5.3 that will be getting a 100 shot.

yeah that is the one you need for the 100 shot.
gap between .035 - .038.
