I'd scratch the diablo and go with a custom tune, check our sponsors to the right (PCMforLess, Nelson, Wait4Me). I had the Crane Handheld prior to my PCMforLess tune...the Crane tune was actually pretty good, but the PCMforLess tune is awesome.

I have a '03 Chevy Silverado Single Cab with 5.3L. I just bought a Volant Cold Air Intake and it really uped my HP alot. It is sealed and also has a air damn that takes air straight from the air dam in the front of my truck. For a tune I just bought a Superchips programmer and it raised my HP up 45HP.

I have the Mac Performance intake and like it. It has the chrome plated box and intake tube.
