Has anyone tried the MSD coils?

Im not going to go big with what I have....but some small things like intake, exhaust and MAYBE some MSD coils...

Dont want to void that warrenty ya know

I kind of think that the stock ignition system is pretty good and would be hard to improve...but I just thought I would ask

 

I dont think that you'll see any improvement over the stock coils.

 

I agree...the factory coils are more than adequate. Unless you have unlimited funds and have run out of legitimate mods to do, I'd stick with the stockers. (they sure are a purdy red though )

 

Nope you don't need 'em...They are purdy though

 

I'm not sure that anyone has actually found the limits of the stock coils.....I've heard that ~1200hp and ~8500rpm's is possible the the stockers

 

The only way to justify upgrading ignition coils other than rpm would be ridiculous compression or massive boost. correct?
