Default code P1133

engine light came on so i ran the code with the scanner at advance auto. it found 2 codes. P1133 and the other said P1133 with a small PD next to it. fuel air metering. i've found little information on this using a search but came up with several things.
a) my front o2's are shot
b) exhaust leaks could cause the code. my y pipe leaks which i need to address but i wouldn't think that would do it since the leaks are behind the o2's.
c) rtv could foul the plugs. i used rtv on the heads behind the headers but i used a very small bead so i don't think that would have made it through either. if it is that, would new o2's get ruined too or is the damage already done?

any input would be great. thanks.

That's the front sensor, bank one, insufficient switching, not a lean code, and only one sensor.

Switch them out side to side, clear the P1133, and drive it. If P1153 comes up, that is bank 2, and that confirms one sensor is bad.
