As stated, these new trucks require what is called a TUNE. Handheld tunes make very minimal and usually unhelpful changes while a custom tune or mail order tune is done manually by someone that knows what to do.
Custom tuning takes some time to do so you may want to start with a mail order from Blackbear, Wheatley, or Nelson as stated. Each do great work. Just tell them what you have, what mods, and they'll set you up.

toss a dorito in the intake. 20 hp and 15 tq right there. spicy nacho adds another 10 hp.

No seriously, call or email wheatley or blackbear. I went Wheatley because he was local(ish) to me and had a custom tune done. It took about an hour or so, but I'm very pleased with the results, plus its for the life of my truck, so if I change something up, he'll retune it for me.
