I just found this book last night by Chistopher Endres and ordered it from Amazon for $13.27. Looks promising. It is supposed to include the following:

it's pretty informative...it's been out for about a year now. many of the tips/tricks in there are very usefull...it's great for getting a better understanding on how things work and what works best in these motors.
