Learn hell its a big jigsaw puzzle.... Lol!!! Stay away from mad dog(if theyre even still around) and patc and monster.... If i was buying a trans id go with jakes, flt, or probuilt....

I think i have decided to go with Flt for the trans. They are only a couple ours away and seem to have plenty of satisfied customers. Now i need to pick out a rotating assembly. Any recommendations on a quality setup that isnt 2 grand? Am i okay going with rods and pistons? Or go all forged? Once again this is a 2000 lq4.

I personally wouldnt use that crank...it will limit you down thr road if ever change vehicles or if you decide to sell it or swap to different trans

Most of your rotating assemblies are goin to be 1800+ i know tgere was a sponsor running a sale on them i saw a thread on at some point, not to long ago, i think it was thompson....

Most of the rotating assembly and my main studs came this week. I highly recommend Thompson Motorsports. They have excellent customer service. Went above and beyond helping me deal with an idiot FedEx driver. I ended up having to drive two hours to pick the package up at FedEx. The box looked like they kicked it from Texas to Wisconsin. But the contents are okay. Heading to the machine shop tomorrow.

After closer inspection the reluctor wheel is bent. Thompson is sending me a new wheel. But i have to buy the install tool. I have the option of sending the crank back for a new wheel. But i think i will be further ahead by spending the $200 for the install tool. Not letting FedEx touch this again.
