Default Cant Get Passenger Side Pacesetter on!

Can anybody else not get the passenger side on? Ive tried every different way, i can not get it on. Ive tried lifting the engine a few inches, ive tried going through the top, through the bottom. i dont have a lift so ive tried jacking it up the highest i could and sticking it through the bottom but still got nothing. Any Suggestions or ideas? Im kinda out of a truck right now

I removed the tranny cross member. Then lowered the tranny while still bolted to the engine. I still had to monkey with the header for a while and hold my tongue the right way. Eventually got it in place. It was aggrevating though.

I already removed it and didnt need to cut the bolt but it still would not go past that part. I think im just going to go to an exhaust shop and use their lift because i think if i had more clearance then maybe i could jiggle it past the frame.

Mine slid right in, no clearance problems at all. I did do mine on a lift though. They slide right in from the bottom. Good luck.

many people had trouble w installing ASM's a while back..but mine went right in. I guess its a matter of how your truck is and how much time you sit back and analyze things.

Perhaps the reason mine went in so fast and without a scratch is because i didnt really have the time to install them at first.....so i just popped the hood and stared at things a few times. Then when i actually had a free weekend, we slid them in.

my website has pictures and descriptions of the LT install if that will help you guys.
