Default Can we make a list of Factory Upgrades from models?

For example you can upgrade your
silverado gauge cluster to an escalade cluster or silverado SS w/ white faced gauges
silverado to escalade door handles

and beyond that, powertrains, drivetrains, supensions etc.

for example, I always wondered if I can bolt up a 3/4 ton rear diff, leaf springs, torsion bars and front suspension.

Yeah, I guess so. But more the obvious stuff that is an actual upgrade. We dont need to list that you can find a replacement rotor off and escalade if its the same thing.

It would be cool to know that if my gauge cluster went out, i could look on this list for upgrades. Or "ohh look at that, the SS transmisison is a great, cost effective, upgrade for my 4L60"

their are alot of interchangeable things from other gm models. for example your gauge cluster does go out you could switch it out with one from an escalade that has a trans. temp gauge. ive got the doors handles and the guage cluster off an escalade. they look great and are basically direct bolt on's. and what you said about the 3/4 rear end is a good idea. they are alot stronger and will handle more abuse. i have already blown up the 10 bolt rear diff in my truck and it wasn't cheap to fix.
