My ASM's came with flat (graphite?) gaskets. The 6.0l stockers are metal rings. I guess it may come down to how your flanges are that connect to the headers. At least that's what I saw when I was at the stealer.

The answer is yes as stated above that is what they come with. supposidly they are reusable but personaly i dont re use any form of gasket.

I'm not of big fan of used gaskets either.
