Hello to all. I have an 06 gmc sierra 5.3L. Can I put a small street cam just enough to give it a lil more pep and that oversize cam sound without changing a bunch of stuff like heads,rods,etc. The motor is stock. It does have cai, exhaust, and about to put headers. Any help would be greatly appreciated. What size cam would be good also?

 

212/216 520/524 comp part #54-452-11 would work good with some oem yellow ls6 springs which are $60..just turn the idle down some in your tune to get that lope your looking for...
