Default Cams finally in........

Its in. It runs. Took dam near 7 hours. Springs took about an hour and a half, and everything else ran near 5 and a half hours. Had a few setbacks when my dumbass drops **** into the unknown areas under the motor. Plus I just ate the most food I have ever eaten before at 10:00pm. I forgot to snap some pictures. Anyways, it runs alot better than I had anticipated. Absolutely no loss in low end at all. In fact, I feel it pulls a hell of alot better down low than it did before! All around power from 1500 to Wherever. Cant hear it when its cold. But when it gets warm, it can be heard plain as day. Shakes the truck nice too. Needless to say I am very happy with the cam. Very happy! Ate me a GT on the way home!!! I gave the cam a good christening.

I might try and hit the dyno tomorrow if I can. I have an old dyno sheet I just need to scan it so I can post it up. I havent done any tuning yet. Thats my task for sunday. Ill break out Edit and start playing around. But right now it runs good. Every now and then when I put in in drive it wants to die. But it doesnt do it too bad.

Awesome!

I usually recomend that cam for most people who don't wanna go extreme and use big stall converters or have major tuning because of the great reviews by all the guys in here but I'd like to have some #s to show em what would happen if they went bigger. Either a decent gain or not enough to warrant the drivability or tuning issues.
