IMO, i would contact patrick g... my next cam will be a custom grind, even if my truck is pretty stock. he will design a cam taylored around EXACTLY what you want and your current mods

torquer v2 > all trust me ive seen this cam outperform 4-6 degree duration cams especially on a 6 liter!!

Ive been DD'ing a 230/236 in my LQ9 for about a month now. No, a V2 isn't too much for a DD.

The tuner that use says he can make more usable power with a 224 vs the 228 but still recommended something in the 230+ range for my setup.

personally i like smaller duration cams... gives you more power under the curve, meaning part throttle... I rarely push my truck above 5k these days, so i like have more power down low... I had a small cam in my 4.8 and a small cam in my lq9.... I loved how both drive....
