Default Cam suggestions??

I was wondering what kind of cam ideas you guys think i should look into with the setup i have on my truck right now. Everything is in my sig and my truck is my daily driver.

i want a cam with great midrange to top end power. I know for sure that i want a LSA 112 because i want that choppy idle. I want a TR224 so bad but i think its a little to much for my truck.
