Default Cam suggestions?

I'm looking into putting an aftermarket cam in my 02' Silverado 4.8l. The intake and heads are stock, at least for now. I want a good lopey idle without sacrificing too much driveablitity...not worried if i loose a little low end cause i run a 3000 stall. Any ideas? Thanks.

oh yeah a little off topic but what do y'all think my truck runs 1/4 mi... was a 15.4 n/a before the gears (had 3.42 open), stall, fans, and shift kit. It ran a 14.20 on a 75 shot back then that was over a year ago. Thanks again!

Comp xr273hr......220/224 @.050", .530 .534, 112 lobe sep. Should have nice lope and good power mid and upper rpm. I think your truck probably runs 14.7-14.9.
