Well... Randy had to cancel on me today. Guess I'm pushed back another day.

As for rubber coating... I think I'd surely tick my neighbors off. One of my neighbors had a get-together that night we were at NPR for MM, and they hit the street & started doin burnouts. Other neighbors called the cops on them. My wife called me on my way home from NPR @ 1am tellin' me cops were outside. So... no burnouts at this time.
