Smile Cam question for a ex cab 4x4?

I want to put a cam in my 07 classic

Now ive called several places recommended

MTI 224/ 224 on the 112 I thought was big.

Thunder Racing 212/218 114 everyone got that one!

Nelson Performance stage 2, 220/220 on 114

Now if I could create my own
216/220 .570/.570 111.5* with 52* of overlap does that sound good?

I know these bigger trucks need torque but Im going to buy a stall converter around 3000 stall speed and install 4:10 gears along with all other bolt ons. So if anyone has a ex cab 4x4 that runs mid 13's with a cam in bolt ons tell me what the cam is thanks.
