If i just slap in a 220/220 .581 .581 on a 112 in my 00 5.3 silverado......how BAD would it need a tune? I mean could I still drive it around till i could get a tune?

 

You could probably drive it around for a little while, but it's gonna run like crap.

its not a normal cam grind that I have read on here......I know i will get some performance out of it, but kind of speration between the intake and exhaust duration.

just kinda wonder what gains i would see from it, or if i would be better off with another cam.

 

Do the 220 and get a Black Bear tune and be done.
