wanted some opinions from you guys. ill be getting a custom grind cam for my 06 lq4.
cam specs are as follows: 227/227 .640/.640 112+4 LSA i know lift is high. thus why i
ask you guys what you think about this going into a mostly stock 6.0? untouched 317s. mainly a bolt on truck. thanks for your input, greatly appreciate it.

 

Lots of lift for stock heads. Duration is on the good side, as well as the LSA with the advance in it

 

thanks for your input! yeah i was worried a bit about too much lift for stock 317s. forgot to mention some more details on the truck. its 06 lq4 and 4l80e combo with 4.10s in the rear.

 

this is on a RCSB truck btw.

 

x2 ^^^. i would suggest milling the 317s .030 for about 10.2 compression and a 228 or 230 cam at biggest with about 588-592 and at least a 3200 stall. youll be happy.
