Default To cam or not to cam?

well im going to have you guys help me with this one. put a cam in my 5.3 or for $1850 buy a LQ9 and put that in there.

Put a cam in the LQ9 before you install it.A cam install is really easy with the motor on a stand.

With your heavy truck you wont be happy with just a cam I wasnt so I sdprayed it and still wasnt happy with full bolt ons cam and 150 shot so I put a 418 in it and well I havent sprayed it yet but it has more power than my cammed 5.3 on the spray

Cammed LQ9 with 3K stall and 175 shot gets my vote.
