Cam installed, got some codes.
#1
Hey guys, I got the cam installed and it was running fine with no service light. I did a few high rpm runs up the highway and the exhaust blew off from the headers. I haven't had a chance to fix that yet, but since that happened, I come up with these codes.
[PCM] P0153 - HO2S Slow Response Bank 2 Sensor 1 (Old) (Current) (Immature)
[PCM] P0174 - Fuel Trim System Lean Bank 2 (Old) (Immature)
[PCM] P0704 - Clutch Switch Input Circuit Malfunction (SES) (Old) (History) (Current) (Immature)
[PCM] P1153 - HO2S Insufficient Switching Bank 2 Sensor 1 (Old) (Immature)
[Brake] C0281 - Brake Switch Circuit (History)
[Brake] C0237 - Rear Wheel Speed Signal Erratic (History)
[Brake] C0236 - Rear Wheel Speed Signal Circuit Missing (History)
[Brake] C0238 - Wheel Speed Mismatch (History)
[Unknown] B2961 - (History) (Immature)
[Unknown] B2647 - (History) (Current) (Immature)
Continuous Tests
Misfire: Complete
Fuel System: Complete
Comprehensive Component: Complete
Once Per Trip Tests
Catalyst: Complete
Heated Catalyst: n/a
Evaporative System: Complete
Secondary Air System: n/a
A/C System Refrigerant: n/a
Oxygen Sensor: Complete
Oxygen Sensor Heater: Complete
EGR System: n/a
Are these codes connected with the fact that the exhaust isn't completely together? Will it hurt with me driving it like this? I have to order some flowmasters and redo the exhaust. Little too loud with no cats and straight pipes. Thanks for the help. Tim

The O2 sensor response and fuel trim codes are probably a result of the exhaust blowing off and the O2 sensors getting incorrect readings...or you have a bad sensor. The brake and speed sensor codes are ABS codes that could have been caused by a couple of different things. The other 2 codes are body (BCM) codes, not sure what their description is though...
You might have an open circuit or something with the clutch switch causing the P0704

The cam is a texas speed 228r. Specs are 228/228 .588/.588 112.
As for the insufficient switching, it hadn't happened before the cam install, but could be a result of the huge exhaust leak at the collectors as budhayes3 said.
