Default cam install cost

How much would a shop generally charge to install a cam and springs? I want to do it but don't have the time or the patience to do it myself. Anyone know of a good cam install place in the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area? Thanks

I'm gonna say anyplace from $200 if it's a friend, to $5-600 at a shop.
