Default Cam install on 99 5.3L

In the next few weeks or so I plan on doing a cam swap. What is a good cam for a daily driver and doesn't need much tuning if any. What gains can I see over a stock 99 cam? Where is a great reliable place to have a cam installed in the DFW area and how much for the install (cam, springs, pushrods?) Would I need new pushrods? I plan on also adding a custom tuned 02 pcm to get rid of any false knock like the 99 is known for. Any suggestions? Thanks

look into one of the lower lift and lower duration comp cams. i think they require little or no tuning.
