Default Cam help!!

i have a 00 silverado k1500 z71 bolt on truck and i am looking to do a cam swap to get some more low end torque and power out of it and i am looking for a decent idle any cam suggestions out there? i do some hauling/towing not much tow my car 01 z28 to 2 car cruises a year and thats about it looking for something that will perform real well let me know what you guys think

Comp 212 218 cam is a proven cam.
